You can thank My Kale Kitchen for this floral, booze-free spin on a French 75, which combines the classic taste of Curious No. 7 with sophisticated lavender notes. This recipe makes one serving, so feel free to multiply these measurements if you're tending bar for a crowd.

What you'll need:

  • ¾ oz lavender syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Chilled Curious No. 7, to top off

What you'll do:

  • Shake lavender syrup and lemon juice over ice until well combined.
  • Finely strain the mixture into a champagne flute
  • Top off with Curious No. 7.

That's all there is to it! Curious No. 7 has never looked so good — and that's saying something!
